Couples Therapy

a bridge of understanding between women and men

We are a happily married couple of 31 years, proud parents of two children and grandparents of six wonderful grandchildren – but it hasn’t always been this way. There was a time when we lost our way and didn’t know how to put the pieces of our crumbling relationship back together. We managed to do it because we both truly wanted it, chose to fight for each other, and at some point realized that our experiences could be of value in helping others.

With proper psychological training and preparation, since 2012 we have been accompanying couples and marriages in rebuilding relationships, overcoming crises, and discovering a new quality of closeness. In our therapeutic work, we bring together many years of both personal and professional experience, grounded in dialogue, respect, and empathetic support.

We were the first couple responsible for the development of the Marriage Encounter movement in the United Kingdom. We organized and led workshops for married couples in the Christian spirit. It was there that we discovered and came to understand the unique value of therapeutic work carried out together – the support of a couple by two people, a woman and a man, who not only understand the dynamics of relationships but also live and experience them every day.

We have developed a unique therapeutic approach with its own identity and methodology. What makes it special is that it is carried out by both of us – a woman and a man – working side by side with couples or individuals. We bring together psychological knowledge, hypnotherapy, NVC, NLP, psychedelic-assisted therapies, and other modern methods, enriched with our personal experience of living in a long-term relationship.

Our focus is not just on “fixing problems,” but on creating lasting transformation, building deeper connection, and helping relationships thrive as a whole.

As a couple, we form a therapeutic team built on the harmony of feminine and masculine energy, mutual trust, and the wisdom of our shared journey. We believe couples receive the fullest support when guided by both a woman and a man – two complementary perspectives that strengthen and balance each other. This is also a principle recognized and supported by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).

Each of us is different, just as each relationship is different, requiring a different approach and time.
